Moison Investment Company (MIC) was incorporated in 1985 and is owned and managed by William and Jerry Moison. Together, they have over 50 years of commercial real estate investment experience. Their careers in real estate began with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Company (now CB Commercial) and each received the most distinguished awards for performance while affiliated with CB Commercial.

The expanded brokerage arm of MIC consists of 12 commercial real estate brokers, most of whom began their careers at some of the larger, national brokerage houses, such as CB Commercial, Grubb & Ellis and Marcus & Millichap. Our average brokers' experience of over 15 years in the business has assisted in positioning our firm as one of the top commercial brokerage companies in the Bay area for investment sale transactions.

During a difficult economic period in California, from 1988 through 1994, when several real estate investment companies closed their doors, MIC stayed the course. During this time, MIC continued to focus on hiring the most experienced brokers and took advantage of sales opportunities primarily presented from REO's, institutional defaults and note purchases. We participated in many of the largest transactions in Northern California during this economically depressed time.

Today, MIC is a strong group of experienced salespersons who are well positioned to assist our clients during the growth years and market fluctuations. Many of our clients have been doing business with us for over two decades. These individuals and institutions realize that Moison Investment Company is uniquely qualified to find the right investment for their portfolio, or discreetly sell a currently held asset at the highest price the market will bear.

MIC publishes an informative quarterly newsletter, the Moison Investment Newsletter, as a service to all major commercial property owners in the Bay Area and other targeted areas throughout California. The primary purpose of this newsletter is to keep our clients (and potential clients) educated on events in the local, regional, national and international markets that might affect their property. The newsletter is also a popular tool to promote properties that are currently being marketed by our company.
