1990 - 1994: Senior Investment Broker, The Afton Company, Houston, Texas. Local commercial real estate brokerage firm. Identified and performed financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities resulting in the successful conclusion of $479,000,000 in sales involving 17 closed transactions. Was entrusted with a large volume of properties due to my ability to market and negotiate complex and valuable investment transactions.

1985 - 1990: Vice President, Grubb & Ellis Company, Houston, Texas. National commercial real estate brokerage firm. Was involved in the formation and training of an Investment Division for the Houston office, with primary focus on income producing properties and land. Developed a successful track record and was named Top Ten Producer for several years for the Houston office.

1979 - 1985: Investment Specialist, CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., Houston, Texas. National commercial real estate brokerage firm. Was specialized in identification, marketing, and acquisition of multi-family unit projects for developers, syndicators, and investors. Was responsible for generating apartment project sales volume exceeding $50,000,000.

1977 - 1979: Residential Agent, MiUs-Paulea & Associates, Houston, Texas. Well established local residential real estate brokerage firm. Was specialized in selling high-end homes. Was Rookie of the year and Top Producer for the company.

1975 - 1977: Private Entrepreneur, College Station, Texas. Was involved in organizing and operating several business ventures catering toward the college students of Texas A & M University.

1972 - 1975: First Lieutenant, United States Marine Corps, Headquarters, Fleet Marine Force, Norfolk, Virginia. Was responsible for directing and managing preposition contingent material for Marines aboard ships in the Mediterranean Sea and Caribbean Sea.

1968 - 1972: College Student, Monmouth College, West Long Branch, New Jersey. Earned Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Had a four year soccer scholarship and was awarded All-State soccer title three times while attending the college.
