Responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management including on-site personnel, office accounting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, collections, preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, and reporting to investors.

January 1976 through April 1982: Certified Capital Corporation. Real Estate investment consultant specializing the brokerage of investment real estate. Required knowledge of real estate tax law including installment sales, wrap around financing, land contracts of sale.
