Kevin Philips joined the South Bay office of Moison Investment Company in early 2005. He specializes in 4-20 unit apartment buildings on the Peninsula.

Prior Experience
Kevin has been actively involved in the real estate field for five years. He began his career as marketing director for Re/Max United San Diego where he became an expert in custom real estate marketing and graphic design. In 2002, Kevin relocated to Coldwell Banker residential in downtown Palo Alto and continued as a marketing and transaction coordinator. In 2003, Kevin moved to Coldwell Banker Commercial in downtown Palo Alto as a property manager, where he managed a large portfolio of commercial, apartment, retail, and single-family homes. He knows what it takes to efficiently manage and sell investment property from a property manager's standpoint.

Education and Background
Kevin is a graduate of the University of California San Diego and holds a degree in communications with an emphasis in advertising and marketing.
