Screening of Prospective Purchasers
The Marketing Team will first contact the most likely purchasers
to determine their capacity and desire for this particular investment.
The Marketing Team's first hand knowledge and relationships with
such people will play a key role in the property receiving the attention
it deserves.
Inspection by Prospective Purchasers
Reviews of the property will be personally conducted by a member
of the Marketing Team and will be coordinated with the property
management staff.
Periodic Status Reports
The Marketing Team will prepare and submit regular status reports
so clients remain current on all discussions with potential purchasers.
The status reports will be clear, concise, and in a mutually agreeable
format.
Presentation and Negotiations of Offers
Moison Investment Company expects the proven marketing strategy
outlined herein to generate strong interest and positive responses
from the real estate investment community. The client's objective
of obtaining the highest price on the best terms in the shortest
amount of time will be consistently in mind as we create a competitive
atmosphere without inhibiting investor interest. The Marketing Team
will aggressively negotiate with prospective purchasers to generate
the best offer from each party.
Closing
Since our ultimate objective is the successful and timely closing
of the sale, we suggest that the Marketing Team remain actively
involved through the closing including assistance with due diligence
analysis.
