Screening of Prospective Purchasers
The Marketing Team will first contact the most likely purchasers to determine their capacity and desire for this particular investment. The Marketing Team's first hand knowledge and relationships with such people will play a key role in the property receiving the attention it deserves.

Inspection by Prospective Purchasers
Reviews of the property will be personally conducted by a member of the Marketing Team and will be coordinated with the property management staff.

Periodic Status Reports

The Marketing Team will prepare and submit regular status reports so clients remain current on all discussions with potential purchasers. The status reports will be clear, concise, and in a mutually agreeable format.

Presentation and Negotiations of Offers

Closing
